🤖 Global booking app adds AI scheduling integration partner #
Upflex has partnered with gospace AI to introduce autonomous office space management technology through their new offering, Unify AI. The integration will help their customers forecast and schedule the best times for employees to meet in person and where.
This is similar to the partnership Kadence has where their customers can book meetings it schedules at flex workspaces via LiquidSpace. As more companies are getting the hang of hybrid work styles and patterns, no one wants to be the person in charge of scheduling and coordinating meetings and finding workspace – no matter how easy the aggregators make it for them. Lexington Workspaces CEO David Vega shared that the firm would miss their forecast of €14M in revenue, expecting just a 6% increase from last year. Although still an impressive €13.8M, the firm blames high inflation and a rough start to the year for their growth slowing from a 23% bump in 2023. They do predict revenues surpassing €15M next year with the opening of a space in Malaga, alongside the 7 they operate today.
This opening is the last in their pipeline, with the exec noting that the firm is open to opportunities for expansion, but is not "actively looking" to do so.
