Techspace will open its seventh London location in November 2025, a newly refurbished 20k sqft building located between Chancery Lane and Farringdon stations on St Andrew Street. The company completed a full refurbishment improving the building’s EPC rating from E to B through sustainable practices including reusing original materials and installing all-electric, renewably powered energy systems.

Tech Nation, in partnership with Merantix, Husayn Kassai, and Techspace, are launching the London AI Hub to support the UK government’s AI Opportunities Action Plan.
