The timeline he shares is side hustles renting empty desks (2010), major funding takes a sniff (2015), commoditization (2020), COVID, consolidation begins (2024), and then notes that a 5x market growth has been projected by 2034.
Andrew’s key takeaway shared? "Stay adaptive. The biggest opportunities come from constant change."
We’d double down on that with a small addition. "Stay adaptive, stay informed. TWIC.co IYKYK".

The idea of workspace booking and business formation consulting partnering isn’t new, but the fact they have created this product jointly is what is newsworthy. 👩💻 Another Slack-connected workspace booking experience #
The team at LiquidSpace have shared that they’ve upgraded their Slack app, allowing enterprise teams to book and manage their workspaces without ever leaving the chat and messaging platform.
This follows a trend we’re following where booking platforms are increasingly abstracting away the actual searching and booking platforms deep into other non-booking apps usually used by internal teams for messaging, meeting scheduling, team coordination and others. As these integrations unlock more demand (and ideally boost utilization) that’s more booking revenue for some of the spaces listed on those platforms
