Chris Edwards, CEO at The Flexi Group, shares that Common Ground will be expanding in the Philippines through a multi-phase partnership with local developer Megaworld Corporation.

He notes that they aim to more than double their footprint in the Greater Manila Area over the next few quarters.

About half of the expansion comes through their Enterprise Solutions products, where the firm manages space on behalf of multinational companies across Malaysia.
