Rafi Sands shares that Tandem (who are actively pivoting from a fractional office space matchmaker to an AI-assisted office leasing platform) have joined Y Combinator, one of the world’s most well known startup accelerators.

Interestingly their pitch now is taking the typical office search down from 3-6 months to done and dusted in under 14 days.
