🏢 Flex by Grosvenor launches hub near Victoria Station

Flex by Grosvenor announced Radstock House, a design-led workspace located near Victoria Station in London, launching in June 2026.

The property features three fully managed floors of 4,500 sqft each with capacity for up to 66 workstations per floor, plus private meeting rooms, breakout areas, kitchens, phone booths, quiet zones, and a rooftop terrace. Radstock House is part of a three-location launch portfolio from Flex by Grosvenor this month, alongside Holbein Gardens and 67 Grosvenor Street.

🇬🇧 London flexible office use surges as workers return

Recent data from Knight Frank reveals that 75% of London’s flexible office workers now come to the workspace at least four days weekly, contradicting expectations about post-pandemic work patterns. The surge in demand has led 90% of flexible office operators to expand their portfolios this year, while major companies like PwC and Amazon have implemented stricter return-to-office policies.

In response to the growing demand and scarcity of prime flexible office space, several major landlords including Helical, GPE, and Grosvenor are planning significant expansions of their flexible workspace offerings across London.

🇬🇧 Landlord converting 20% of portfolio into 300k sqft of flex space

Grosvenor have made it public that they intend to turn around 20% of their UK office portfolio into "premium, hospitality-led flexible or fitted space", and that leasing at newly opened locations are beating expectations.

James Raynor, CEO, Grosvenor Property UK said: “The flight to quality is as true for flex as it is for traditional office space. We see a significant opportunity in bringing together the right teams, products and services to deliver a premium offer that provides occupiers with the choice and flexibility that they are looking for."

The UK flex space market is heating up, even more.
