Suzanne Murdock shares some notes from her recent panel on how food and beverage services (F&B) are being integrated into coworking spaces across Europe. The conversation touched on integration challenges, the different in interactions, staffing considerations, focus balancing, diversifications opportunities and some challanges.

Avila Spaces has introduced Aly, an AI-based virtual assistant specifically designed for coworking and hybrid work environments.

The assistant, initially launched during Web Summit 2024, has now expanded to serve all Avila members across its three Lisbon locations. Aly provides multilingual support for various workspace services, local business information, and tourist recommendations, with plans to add video calls, WhatsApp messaging, and automated email responses in future updates.

I find this video by Avila Spaces a pretty fun way to see how the space is set up, what the amenities are, and what working there could "feel" like for an individual or team.
