Workbox and Serendipity Labs launched an alliance on July 1, 2026 giving members complimentary weekday access to 32 locations across 23 US markets from 8:30am to 5pm.

The combined portfolio is available to 13,000+ professionals, and John Wallace (Workbox CEO) and Simon Moore (Serendipity Labs COO) framed it as multi-city workspace without new leases.

Trend: Reciprocal Networks and alliances will only grow as operators work together to create wider footprints.
