Christian Schmitz from SALTO interviewed Ashley Proctor on the occasion of her marking two decades in the industry in addition to the upcoming Coworking Alliance Summit. Beginning with Xpace in 2004, one of Canada's first coworking spaces, Proctor went on to found Creative Blueprint, develop multiple coworking alliances, and launch significant projects including the world's first Coworking Health Insurance Plan and the 105,000-square-foot 312 Main community hub in Vancouver.

As co-founder of the Coworking Alliance Summit, she reinforced the importance of maintaining the movement's core values of community, collaboration, openness, accessibility, and sustainability while adapting to accommodate both independent workers and corporate teams in this evolving landscape of flexible work.
