Also in the data is the number of spaces and sqm’s of the largest 30 brands, and the market penetration rate across major French cities.

Work & Share, a Parisian coworking operator, has announced plans to open two new locations – a 1,500 sqm space in La Défense’s Tour Franklin and another in Val de Fontenay’s JOYA complex. The La Défense location will offer larger office configurations for teams of 20-200 people, while the Val de Fontenay site will feature 22 private offices, meeting rooms, and extensive amenities including access to an urban farm and recording studio.

The expansion will bring Work & Share’s total locations to 14 across the Paris region by mid-2025.

Coworking Europe share that French coworking operator Work & Share will open its 10th location in Paris this summer. The new location will be in partnership with Real Estate group COFIPARIS.

Matthieu Russel, CEO at the operator, notes that in Paris, "coworking has become part of the customs of all companies".
