Co-founder and CEO of Vallist, Alexander Passler reflects on how flex spaces like theirs are moving away from leases to partnerships, and that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to growing in this way.

Alexander Passler and Vallist shared that they’ll be launching Finlaison House, Holborn — a 31,000 sqft flagship location opening in Q4 2025.

Wybo Wijnbergen shares the infinitSpace (which helps European landlords setup whitelabel tech-enabled flex offerings) and Vallist (which helps landlords in MENA and APAC enable flex offerings) are now partnering up.

Whilst there isn’t much details about what the partnership actually means, but it does signal a growing appetite from commercial office landlords adding flex offerings into their product mix.
