The Shire will open its 11th location in Poznan in October 2026, leasing nearly 2,000 sqm across two floors at Poznan Financial Centre with Adventum Group. The operator grew from seven to 11 sites in three years and its Poznan flagship will make up about 35% of its portfolio.
Founded in 2018, The Shire now spans five Polish cities with 25,450 sqm serving around 1,200 members.

Oskar Odziemczyk shared that THE SHIRE – Beyond Coworking has opened a new location in Warsaw’s Harmony Office Center building.
The project was developed in partnership with Catalyst Capital and Savills Poland. The opening represents the continued expansion of The Shire’s network across major Polish cities.

Coworking Europe shares news that THE SHIRE, a new-ish higher-end Polish operator backed by Devonshire Investment Group, are expanding across the country. Their second location is a 16,145 sqft space in Warsaw and set to open in April 2024. Following that they’ve got plans for additional locations in Poznan and Wroclaw.
