Coworking Europe shares news that THE SHIRE, a new-ish higher-end Polish operator backed by Devonshire Investment Group, are expanding across the country. Their second location is a 16,145 sqft space in Warsaw and set to open in April 2024. Following that they've got plans for additional locations in Poznan and Wroclaw.
