The Malin is taking the full 30th floor at Sixth and Guadalupe in downtown Austin, with 15-foot ceilings, terraces and Capitol-to-hills views.
Opening in early 2027, the 30,000 sqft space includes 21 private offices, 30 dedicated desks, 7 meeting rooms and 22 phone booths above a 25,000 sqft rooftop park.

🇺🇸 The Malin opening Astor Place location
The Malin is opening a 19,400 sqft coworking space at 10 Astor Place in NYC in Spring 2027, adding to their SoHo and Flatiron locations.
The deal was led by Neith Stone and David Kaye at GFP Real Estate, who also asked The Malin to redesign the building lobby. Real estate broker John Mears at RUE represented them on the deal, continuing a relationship that spans New York, San Francisco, Boston, and Southern California.

🇺🇸 Hubble expands US flex advisory to three cities
Hubble is expanding its flexible office advisory service from NYC to Boston, Philadelphia, and Chicago, after closing over $2M in signed office agreements in its first year in the metro area.
Henry Howard credits operator partners including Industrious, WeWork, IWG, The Malin, Bond Collective, Serendipity Labs, NYC Office Suites, and Nomadworks for making it happen. More cities are planned for the rest of 2026.
