Rupert Dean announced The Hive, the second x+why location in Manchester and the next chapter in their partnership with Grosvenor. The location, in the city’s Northern Quarter, is set to open in late Summer 2026.

Roland Stanley shares that Dragon Coworking and The Hive at Edenwood have set up a day-pass swap for their members, opening reciprocal access to both communities.

The Flexi Group celebrated two significant achievements on March 1st: Common Ground‘s 8th anniversary and the opening of a new location for The Hive in Hong Kong.
