In this letter, Michael Dubicki, outlines problematic broker behaviors including claiming indefinite client ownership, pursuing renewal fees on long-term members, sending poorly qualified leads, misrepresenting products during tours, pressuring for enhanced fees, and gatekeeping client communication.
