Density introduced a remarkably small (twice the height of a lego figurine), self-installable, affordable ($149 + $8 p/m) people sensor called Waffle, that when they ship in January are designed to accurately report live utilization of meeting rooms, flex spaces and phone booths.

Andrew Farah shares a sneak peak at Density‘s new workspace analytics interface.

Although not strictly coworking-specific, there’s a LOT of data being collected and processed by workspaces, their tech and the buildings they’re based in, and I for one am excited about the kinds of dashboards, benchmarking and other data-led interfaces and tools we’ll see coming to the flex space market.
