x+why share that they’ve officially opened their new space at Arding & Hobbs in Clapham Junction.

💳 UK firm sees 3.94x bump in ecommerce conversion rate

OfficeRnD shared some takeaways from their recent ecommerce webinar. What caught our attention was the quantifiable results Ben Rigby (at x+why) shared: in their old ecommerce setup 300 users would start a booking each month, but only 20 would complete the purchase (with an avg booking value of £45) – compared to their new setup which saw 95 completions, from 360 starts and an average booking value of £112.
