Phil Kirschner reshared Project Pair’s take on flex space that was originally shared by Nick Bloom. In short the pilot project (run by a Stanford MBA team) looks to arrange office co-tenancy between matched firms, resulting in an estimated 30-50% saving on typical lease agreements.
