Mindspace coordinated some research into employees’ concerns around hybrid work. Whilst 39% of the 2000+ UK workers polled are keen to embrace a hybrid approach, 27% expressed concerns around changing office environments, 26% felt those going in every day would be favored by colleagues, and 19% were concerned about no longer having a dedicated office space.
