🌎 Vast reports strong performance and continued expansion in 2025
Vast, closed 2025 with strong year-over-year performance across systemwide sales, membership growth, Expand 👇 franchise development, and international expansion. Venture X reported an 11% increase in annual revenue, while Office Evolution reported a 13% increase. Venture X grew its global membership base by 67%, Office Evolution by 50%, and Intelligent Office surpassed 4,800 members across its locations and virtual service channels.

Vast Coworking Group has been acquired by private equity firm New State Capital Partners as a Expand 👇 carve-out from United Franchise Group. This deal marks a strategic move by Vast co-founder and CEO Jason Anderson as demand for flexible workspace continues to rapidly evolve and grow.
At time of acquisition Vast – which is one of the world’s largest coworking networks and comprised of leading concepts Venture X, Office Evolution, and Intelligent Office – leverages a franchise model. It has over 200 locations and spans approx. 2.7 million square feet, serving roughly 70,000 members worldwide.
