Italian coworking operator WAO (We Are Open) will launch its fourth Milan location, WAO Bassi, in January 2026 within the Bassi Business Park in the city's Isola neighborhood. The 1,800 sqm space will offer 200 workstations and is already fully pre-let to Italian companies.

Founded by CEO Massimiliano Zampini, WAO currently operates three Milan sites and is developing WAO Certosa, a coliving project with 190 apartments.
