WOTSO is opening its fourth Victorian flexible workspace at Dandenong South, Melbourne, in landlord Pellicano's M1 Hub, taking the ASX-listed operator to 40 open locations across Australia and New Zealand with four more in the pipeline. Regional Manager Millie Rowe Davies-Rowe frames it as Work Local expansion into industrial-park demand after CBD openings in Melbourne, Geelong and South Melbourne.

Suburban industrial parks as flex catchment is a sharp bet: different tenants than high street, and less CBD commute friction.
