Heather Scott shared Cushman & Wakefield's (ungated) Global Trends in Flexible Office 2025 report. In it we learn from the results of their and Corenet's 2025 survey of global occupier execs.

55% use flex. 17% plan to increase usage, while 8% plan to eliminate some flex usage. 43% do not use flex and have no plans to incorporate, but 2% do not and are planning to. The report goes into regional comparisons and more - like YoY changes in bookings when comparing meeting rooms vs desk space.
