ReedSmith share that they're advising Mark Furness and the "essensys Bidco Limited" company on their £11.3M takeover bid for essensys plc.
Some backstory: essensys was founded in 2006 (by Mark Furness), went public on the AIM in 2019. The Bidco is a newly incorporated company formed specifically for the purpose of making the take-private offer.
