Members-only creative community NeueHouse announced the immediate closure of all three locations in Hollywood, Venice Beach, and New York's Madison Square neighborhood, effective September 5th at 2 PM PST. The company, which operated for over a decade serving creators, innovators and thought leaders, cited "legacy liabilities" as the reason for shutdown despite describing itself as having "an extremely valuable business."

The NeueHouse Board stated they explored "every possible solution" to avoid closure but ultimately determined shuttering was "the most responsible path for all stakeholders." All locations will remain open until the deadline to allow members to collect personal belongings.
