David Robinson shares that Fractal Workspace has opened its second location in Kingston, Ontario, partnering with Modern Niagara as the coworking and hospitality partner for the $70M+ transformed heritage industrial facility.

The near net-zero building achieved over 80% emissions reduction through deep retrofits and features smart building systems, 100% reused infrastructure, with support from Canada Infrastructure Bank, City of Kingston, and Kingston Economic Development Corporation.
