Spanish operator Monday Working Spaces has announced plans to double its network from 12 to 24 locations after experiencing a significant revenue increase to €14M in 2024, up from €12M the previous year. The ambitious expansion initiative began with the opening of a second location in Málaga, with a third already planned for the city due to strong demand in Andalusia's competitive office market.

The firm (who were acquired by a PE firm in the last weeks of 2024) is targeting new locations in major cities including Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon, Valencia, Seville, and Porto, aiming to surpass 50k sqm of workspace by the end of 2025 and 80k by 2026, which would double their user base from 4k to 8k coworkers.
