Adam Zvada of Scott.Weber Workspace argues that Prague’s office market is evolving in the same direction as London. Rising demand, limited new office supply, and hybrid work expectations are pushing companies toward “workspace as a service” models that prioritize flexibility, hospitality, community, and employee experience over traditional leased space.

He argues that the future winners in commercial real estate will be providers that understand why people want to come into the office, not just those offering the most square footage.

Adam Zvada shares that Scott.Weber Workspace have opened their first location outside of Prague with a 4,407 sqm location in Ostrava, Czech Republic.

A landmark revitalization project is underway in Brno, Czech Republic, where the former Dornych hospital complex is being transformed into a dynamic mixed-use development. The ambitious project will incorporate a boutique hotel, modern residential units, and innovative coworking spaces while preserving the historic character of the original hospital buildings.

The coworking space will be run by Scott.Weber Workspace, the largest operator in the country and will have over 600 desks and a 500 sqm terrace.
