The disintermediation debate, that’s civilly evolved into an open dialogue between operators and brokers, gets a new addition this week. Jimmie Brennan from Love Mondays Office Space shared a note highlighting how many brokers and agents "hear" operators and that they feel the same, "but the responsibility goes both ways."

It’s a fascinating read, with some valid points. But the divide is still a little too wide. We’re thinking the industry may need a TWIC facilitated summit, or series of debates, or something!? Thoughts?

Jimmie Brennan shared that Love Mondays Office Space‘s new website now also offers visitors a search engine (and map) for finding flex office space across the UK’s major cities including London, Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol.
