French independent flexible workspace operator Les Nouveaux Bureaux (LNB) has acquired key assets from MyFlexGroup and Remix Coworking through court-approved recovery procedures in Paris.

In May 2025, LNB won the judicial bid for a substantial portion of MyFlexGroup’s Paris operations, integrating 17 employees and several premium office spaces formerly operated under the MyFlexOffice brand. LNB also took over Remix Coworking, including its flagship location at 16-18 rue Bucarest.

With these acquisitions, LNB now manages over 30k sqm of space, entering the top 15 largest flexible workspace operators in France, while projecting €30M in revenue for 2025, reflecting 40% year-on-year growth with a 97% occupancy rate.
