🏚️ Office building ‘repositioning’ firm launch new UK investment fund

Kinrise Real Estate cofounders Samuel Lawson Johnston and George Aberdeen share why they’re launching a new investment fund, Kinrise UK Cities Fund II, to invest in renewing UK cities.

Backstory is that they started CRE investing in 2005, buying and selling on behalf of others for 10 years, then saw great things happening in creative hubs like coworking spaces. So in 2015 they started Kinrise to merge an institutional approach to CRE investing with the creativity and culture of a managed workspace "to create buildings that outperform". To date they’ve invested over £100M in 12 projects across 5 UK cities.
