Gustaf Sternhagen shares that Hej!Workshop, the coworking concept from IKEA has just opened it’s third location. Located in the Ingka Centers ItalieDeux location in Paris, the coworking space is being run by Morning, a local coworking operator and is co-located with 114 other shops including, of course an IKEA.

Coworking Europe shares that IKEA are opening their second Hej!Workshop location on the continent in Bratislava, Slovakia.

"The news comes out after a successful launch of their first center in Stockholm last year. The free-to-access coworking space is located in Avion Shopping Park, a property the mother company of IKEA owns. Located on the 1st floor of the Commercial Center, the space will offer 16 workstations bookable online, all days of the week, and will be fully furnished by IKEA."

IKEA have shared that they have partnered with Industrious to build a new 46,470 sqft coworking space in San Francisco.

"Hej! Worksips" is a partnership between the two and Ingka Centers (formerly Ikea Centers) who owns and leases space to 381 IKEA stores. IKEA follows other retailers like Saks Fifth Avenue and SUCCESS in adding coworking spaces into their diversification strategies.
