😰 Are you dropping your long tail tour conversions?

Craig Baute from DenSwap shares a fascinating look 3 years of tour conversion data from a coworking space in Chicago.

41% who converted made the decision to do so in the first business week. 26% did so on the first day. Another 16% joined within 2 weeks of the tour.

But… 11% of those who joined only did so a month later, 9% 2-3 months later and 9% more over 3 months later. If you’re assuming you lost anyone who doesn’t join within 30 days, you’re leaving 29% of conversions on the table.
