Sky News shares a twofer of a story about the whole IWG+Instant merger-y thing we’ve been tracking for a while.

1. The combined entity is rebrand(ed/ing) to Worka. Why’s this odd? It’s not been announced anywhere, and Worka was the name of IWG’s own ‘booking app’.
2. IWG have opened a data room for potential buyers of a 50% share of the combined digital ops entity.

Wayne Berger shares that IWG are opening 6 new locations in NJ (5x Regus and 1x HQ), adding to their existing 38 Regus locations in the state.

Craig Baute put out a poll asking which coworking software spaces settled on, and how just asking the question drives many operators into a panic.

Side notes: a) there are many many other options than in the poll (see the list of software I compiled back in Feb 2020 for eg) and b) half of the options in the shared poll are deeply integrated with Syncaroo already, which makes me smile.

IWG is reportedly investing €15M during 2023 into launching 14 new locations in Spain (article in Spanish)
