ASX-listed flexible workspace operator WOTSO (ASX: WOT) opened its first Auckland CBD location in early September 2025 in partnership with landlord Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Whai Rawa. The space occupies ground floor premises in AECOM House, an eight-storey A-Grade building in the Te Tōangaroa eastern CBD precinct, featuring 13 offices, 14 coworking desks, and two meeting rooms. The fitout utilized XFrame's patented wall framing technology that can be installed or deconstructed in hours for reuse, supporting circular economy principles.

WOTSO now operates 35 flexible workspaces across Australia and New Zealand with over 6,000 members, and plans to open its fourth New Zealand location in Whangārei in early 2026.
