A whole bunch of International Workplace Group team members shared this article on commuter-town workspace cites towns like St Albans, Reading, Sant Cugat, Edison and Wollongong becoming local work hubs as hybrid spreads demand beyond CBDs. While definitely a marketing piece, it does points to IWG adding 782 new centres with 1,132 signed in 2025, with 95% of growth via partnerships.

Takeaway: suburban buildings can (and are) tapping enterprise flex demand without becoming the operator.
