TailoredSpace 16th location will be in the City of Orange. The new 11,830-square-foot space is just one block from the Orange Circle in the Old Towne Orange Historic District.

TailoredSpace shares that they’re opening a two-story campus in Burbank, South California. Alongside desks, offices and suits, they’ll also offer podcast/recording studios.

TailoredSpace has opened a new 14,412 square foot coworking space in Del Mar, marking its third location in the greater San Diego market alongside existing sites in Carlsbad and Kearny Mesa. The company has additional locations under construction in Oceanside and Solana Beach, with co-founder Drew Sanden citing strong demand, tours, and memberships driving rapid regional growth.

The expansion reflects TailoredSpace’s focus on securing premium buildings in suburban markets to serve local business owners and entrepreneurs seeking alternatives to home offices.

TailoredSpace share that their new location in San Clemente has now opened, following increased demand for suburban coworking options. The firm also has 5 more locations planned for opening in 2025. Co-founder Drew Sanden attributes some of their success and member stickiness to "on-site member events".

SimplerSpace, the suburban "sub-brand" of TailoredSpace, are opening a 50-office location in Chino, California – covering about 13.5k sqft. This locations is their 3rd, following previous SimplerSpace launches in Calrsbad and Placentia.
