Oneder have announced their newest space, dubbed "Kindling" will be opening in West London, in the heart of White City Place.

The 30k sqft center is launching in April and is run in partnership with Stanhope and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.

The program provides complimentary access to Laundry Studios for wellness workshops, grassroots projects, creative meet-ups, and other community-focused gatherings.

The initiative aims to support community growth by providing venue space at no cost to local organizers in Hackney.

Oneder has announced Channel, a new four-floor workspace opening just three minutes from King’s Cross station in London, featuring private offices, shared lounges, event spaces, meeting rooms, and an outdoor terrace. The space will host community events and offer flexible options for teams of 5–120 people.

Brands like Huckletree and Oneder are stepping in to manage these already fitted-out spaces, benefiting from lower capital expenditure and improved sustainability features.

This shift shows the flex sector maturing, with landlords more willing to partner with operators on their existing assets.
