Workspace management platform SaaSOFFICE has announced the acquisition of Welcomr, France’s leading provider of 100% cloud-based access control solutions, marking a significant step in their mission to become Europe’s champion in intelligent business space management.

Welcomr’s platform offers comprehensive access management through multiple methods including badges, QR codes, NFC, and remote control, with proven interoperable technology that supports multi-site and multi-tenant management while maintaining GDPR compliance. Welcomr will continue operating under its own brand while leveraging SaaSOffice’s resources to accelerate international expansion, reflecting both companies’ shared vision of combining software and hardware solutions for modern workplace management.

Christophe Courtin shares that FLEX-O have turned 5, and in that time have opened 18 locations in 10 cities – spanning 65k sqm of flex space.

FLEX-O, a French coworking brand recently shared that they reached some exciting milestones. With 18 locations, five more confirmed to open in 2025 and beyond, they are well on their way to a goal of 50 locations in five years. With over 6,000 workstations, they are currently operating more than 60,000 sqm.

Christophe, who is also the Founder & CEO of FLEX-O, who you may remember recently opened their 16th location, notes that "operators face major challenges due to the fragmentation of software solutions" as one of the motivations behind launching a new tech solution.

Coworking Europe shares that the French coworking operator FLEX-O is opening a 16th location. The 4500 sqm (approx 48,400 sqft) space is in Sophia Antipolis, one of Southern France’s widest industry and tech ecosystem, close to Nice.

This brings the network’s presence to Paris, Lille, Lyon, Rennes, Nantes, Montpellier, Nice, Bordeaux, Nancy, Bayonne, and others.
