As the USPS moves forward with its transition from the manual Quarterly Review process to the digital CRD (Customer Registration Data) system, many CMRAs (Commercial Mail Receiving Agencies) still face challenges in meeting compliance requirements. Although significant progress has been made with over a million PMBs (Private Mailboxes) entered into the CRD system, several CMRAs have yet to activate their Access Codes or begin entering their data.

This webinar is designed to provide CMRAs with crucial updates on the current program status, including next steps to achieve full compliance with the digital Quarterly Review process. With expert insights from USPS and USPIS leadership, as well as industry stakeholders, attendees will gain a clear understanding of the steps needed to complete the process and close existing gaps. This session will also highlight the importance of collaboration between USPS, USPIS, and CoMRAA to ensure industry-wide success.
