ALCOVE‘s CEO Helen Knight shares that in October, the network will launch their first location outside of New York, at the Claremont Resort & Club in Berkley, California.

Helen Knight shares a post about her business ALCOVE is sometimes being pinned as the ‘opposite’ of coworking (or at least the streotypical coworking spaces featured in Apple TV specials).

Alcove, which is a creative take on workspace on demand, provides privacy pods that are bookable starting at $19 for two hours. Helen Knight just announced that their Park Slope location has recently added their first Two-Seat Pod designed for client meetings and collaboration. The company has named their new pods after local landmarks and extended their operating hours in response to customer demand.
