Experts from across the coworking industry are participating in a panel to discuss the current state of coworking.

Participants include Flip Howard (Lucid Private Offices), Michelle Stiegler (Premier Workspaces), Brian Childers (The Instant Group), Sarah Goldman (Office Hub), Giovanni Palavicini (GWA/Fronteras/Flex Uncensored) and Nadim Ahmed (Venture X) with William Edmundson (iPostal1 Workspace/CoMRAA) as the discussion moderator.

Office Hub announced a new product called Property Hub, aimed at empowering brokers with a powerful CRM that also is plugged into live inventory listings.

The main value prop they’re promoting? Direct inventory integration that allows for faster turnaround from initial request, to proposal, to signed contract. This area is heating up as more and more tools like Valve and managed. that focus on making flex deals faster (read: more profitable) for brokers.

Grant Philipp shares that Office Hub is dipping its toes into letting companies list their underutilized space on their booking platform. From my understanding these options will sit alongside more ‘traditional’ flex options on their interfaces.
