He argues CRE and flex businesses should explore this model as integrations are increasingly operational infrastructure, not one-off projects.

spacebly launched Broadcast, letting tenants post specs like desk count, area, budget and move-in date instead of hunting listings themselves. The pitch is operators come to potential members with no intermediary filtering what gets shown.
This is an interesting approach. I tried something similar back when I built one of Europe’s first coworking aggregator platforms back in 2014. What I wish we had back then was a way for operators to see their own real-time and upcoming availability in our platform and then "build" responses to requests. Back then it was impossible, now thanks to Syncaroo what’s possible is only limited to each platforms’ creativity.

OfficeRnD deprecated version one of their API last week, meaning all integrations needed to be updated or rebuilt to support the new version before then, or risked getting disconnected and removed.
Syncaroo shared that not only were every one of their OfficeRnD-connected integrations were migrated to the latest API version ahead of schedule, and that 100s of synced locations, memberships and resources were migrated via sub-3-minute migrations.
