I’m a community curator and creative strategist who helps coworking operators and developers build spaces, brands, and communities with soul.I spent 8 years at Spark Coworking helping scale the brand from one Baltimore location to five spaces across four states—maintaining 85%+ occupancy through COVID, training every community manager, developing the partnerships and programming that made Spark a community hub, and co-founding Baltimore Coworking Week.
I believe coworking spaces should be third places that solve for loneliness and create belonging—hyperlocal, hospitality-driven, and designed for authentic connection.
Now I work with developers and operators who want to build collaborative spaces that feel alive.
