Office Evolution will celebrate the grand opening of its Independence location today, on Thursday, May 21. This location is led by franchise owner Christianna “Chris” Elridge.

Office Evolution is adding a new location in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.

The space is managed by franchise owner Daryl L. Newman and his wife, Kimberly Newman, who will open the location on May 4 at 122 W. John Carpenter Freeway, Suite 325, in Irving’s Las Colinas neighborhood.

Office Evolution has opened a new location in a venue that that honors an important piece of Newtown Square’s heritage. Owned and operated by Andrea O’Shea and Greg Carlson, the workspace is located on the campus of Newtown Square’s historic Ellis Preserve.

Vast, closed 2025 with strong year-over-year performance across systemwide sales, membership growth, franchise development, and international expansion. Venture X reported an 11% increase in annual revenue, while Office Evolution reported a 13% increase. Venture X grew its global membership base by 67%, Office Evolution by 50%, and Intelligent Office surpassed 4,800 members across its locations and virtual service channels.

Office Evolution Westlake Village has relocated to a newly designed 10,000 sqft space, nearly doubling its original capacity.

The expansion also marks a leadership milestone. Longtime Director of Operations Ashlynne Balikian, a local resident who helped guide the center’s growth and led the design of the new space, has formally stepped into co-ownership alongside founder Tom Warekois. The previous location maintained a steady waiting list, prompting the move to a larger footprint that includes 39 private offices (most already leased), coworking areas, and meeting space.
