essensys

Founded in 2006 and listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange since 2019, essensys operates across the UK, Europe, North America, and APAC – serving office landlords and flexible workspace operators worldwide.

We’re on a mission to power the world’s largest community of flexible, technology-driven spaces. Our software and technology solutions help multi-site operators deliver exceptional digital experiences, unlock space intelligence, and capture more revenue from the assets they already own. We solve the multi-tenant complexity that breaks other solutions – because we’ve been doing it for nearly two decades.

We help office landlords and flexible workspace operators deliver the digital experiences that members expect through our two core products:

  • essensys Platform – The WiFi Experience and Intelligence Solution that turns your WiFi into your competitive advantage.
  • elumo – The Meeting Room Booking and Access Platform that provides a unique Tap-to-Book & Access experience.

They also share 5 specific plays operators can explore in the journey to an invisible digital layer: standardise Wi-Fi across the portfolio, tie room bookings to access control, use network data for utilisation insights, streamline secure guest journeys, and consolidate fragmented systems so operations scale with less friction.
