Ashley Proctor the force behind things like Coworking Canada, Creative Blueprint and The Coworking Alliance Summit joined Sophie Wade on the Transforming Work podcast, digging into what coworking is and how it’s evolved over the last 2 decades.

The HiVE in Vancouver has known a lot of change of late. Ralph Baddour was just at Coworking Canada and got to tell the story of how he went from coworking member to board member and ushered the space into its new existence — and space — supporting local non profits.

Coworking Canada recently celebrated its 10th anniversary, having started as a small community event and grown into a national leader in the coworking movement. The initiative has helped expand coworking options across urban and rural areas, fostering stronger connections and innovation within local communities.
