🇦🇺 WOTSO opens fourth Victoria site

WOTSO is opening its fourth Victorian flexible workspace at Dandenong South, Melbourne, in landlord Pellicano’s M1 Hub, taking the ASX-listed operator to 40 open locations across Australia and New Zealand with four more in the pipeline. Regional Manager Millie Rowe Davies-Rowe frames it as Work Local expansion into industrial-park demand after CBD openings in Melbourne, Geelong and South Melbourne.

Suburban industrial parks as flex catchment is a sharp bet: different tenants than high street, and less CBD commute friction.

🧩 Community turns pieces into fundraiser

WOTSO Toowoomba members each decorated a piece of a large puzzle, which was then framed and auctioned at the 2026 Toowoomba LifeFlight Gala, selling for $450.

The gala overall raised $957,000 toward building the Clive Berghofer Visitor Experience and Education Centre, a new regional tourism and community hub. Amber Row, WOTSO’s Regional Manager Queensland, led the project as a way to build member connection while giving back locally.

Jessie Glew shares findings from a recent pricing experiment the WOTSO team ran last month – and what it could highlight around how businesses are changing their relationships with office space.

The expriment? They dropped their day pass price from $66 to $22 each. The findings? Day pass revenue more than doubled (up to 6% of total rev) and the way people purchased changed (close to 70% were buying passes via e-com portal vs 30% the month before).

Also, a few businesses bought in VOLUME, with some grabbing up to 1,000 day passes.

🇦🇺 WOTSO’s newest location is 60km from Sydney CBD

WOTSO officially opened their Gregory Hills location. Now while their growth is impressive (this is their 8th location in Western Sydney, and 42nd overall), it’s the emphasis on where this location is that’s most interesting here.

It’s 60km (or 37ish miles) from the Sydney CBD, which according to Google is commute time of between 75 and 105+ minutes each way during peak hours. Thats driving or public transport. So Jessie Glew and the team are def leaning into their new Work Local mantra.
