Jonny Rosenblatt shares spacemade's (eco-friendly) Work Near Home marketing campaign. The firm hung humorous and eye-catching little tags around their neighborhoods, leading whoever grabbed them to a free coffee in this South London workspaces.

I'm a sucker for a good guerilla marketing campaign, and hope this inspires others to give hyperlocal campaigns a try. Oh yea, the tags are biodegradable, made from recycled paper and even the elastic bands are natural and also biodegradable.
